Everything from the reception staff to the cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. the rooms were big and the service provided was top-notch. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with the Al-Masjid Al-Nabawi just a short 5-minute drive away. the shuttle service to the Haram was good, although it could have had more options after Isha and before Fajar. the breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from, including some tasty Arabic dishes like 'fool'.
