The decoration and style were charming. The breakfast was delicious and a la carte. The bar offered craft beer. The central location was perfect for sightseeing and close to restaurants and the train station. Andrijana, the host, was incredibly helpful and attentive.

Everything was spot on.

The hotel we stayed at during our city break was great! the staff was incredibly polite and provided great service. the location was perfect for us, right in the middle of town, with easy access to all the main attractions. the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with a great shower and air conditioning. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast at the downstairs café and were even informed of an upcoming new sweet menu.

That the noise from the nearby bar could be heard in our street-facing room. While we understand this is not the hotel's fault, it would be great if they could talk to the bar owner about the issue.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The location couldn't have been better - right in the center of everything. We were able to easily explore all the main attractions and landmarks within walking distance. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to assist us with any queries or needs we had. The shuttle service was a big plus, providing us with convenient transportation to and from the hotel. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with a refreshing welcome drink which added a nice personal touch to our stay. The room itself was beautifully designed and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the sitting area provided extra comfort and relaxation.

This hotel is highly recommended for families, with its excellent facilities and services catering to all ages.

Great location, right in the heart of town. Comfortable room with cozy bed and good shower. Helpful and accommodating staff. Breakfast included at the cafe downstairs was delicious. a brilliant place to stay, highly recommended.
