This hotel is located in the shopping belt of the Bras Basar central area with easy access to three MRT stations. The rooms are well-maintained, with good basic amenities, and feature thoughtful touches like a coffee machine. The large ensuite bathroom with a bath tub was a nice bonus, and breakfast was served early enough for me to catch my flight after eating some nice Chinese food.

All was fine, no complaints.

The rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious, and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for our romantic escape. The hotel had a variety of dining options, including a buffet restaurant and a cafe with delicious pastries, satisfying our culinary cravings.

Check-in process was a bit lengthy due to the long queue, which tested our patience after a tiring journey. The breakfast options were a bit limited, and the concierge staff could have been more friendly and helpful.

Efficient and friendly staff. Check-in was quick. Room on level 15 was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom had a bathtub and standing shower. Great location near shopping areas. Easy access to public transport. Staff was welcoming.

We absolutely loved how spacious and comfortable our room was. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a relaxing outdoor space in the club lounge. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of Singapore, with Raffles Hotel just across the road and Raffles Centre nearby. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff, who accommodated our early check-in and late checkout requests and answered all our queries. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and provided a great start to our day.

Stayed at Carlton Hotel for 5 nights on a leisure trip. Opposite Raffles hotel and a huge amazing food court. Excellent location, easy to walk to everything we needed and wanted. Superb room service food with reasonable prices and they accommodated my request that wasn't on the menu. Exceptionally clean and very spacious rooms with fabulous views from the 17th floor. Reception cafe was comfortable to wait in. Staff were incredibly helpful.

The room we stayed in was absolutely stunning. It had a beautiful view of the city, which was perfect for a romantic escape. We loved sitting by the window and enjoying the nightlights of the metropolis. the bathtub was another highlight of our stay. It was great for soaking and relaxing after a long day of exploring.

There were a few aspects that we didn't enjoy. the cleanliness of our room upon arrival was disappointing.
