The staff was helpful and friendly, even going the extra mile to offer us afternoon tea. There were various breakfast options at two locations, Freshly Baked had delicious bread and friendly staff, while Killiney Kopitiam's service was lacking. Free upgrades were offered, including a comfortable loft.

The facilities provided, like the ironing board, were well-organized and convenient. The complimentary cookies were a nice touch as well. I would definitely love to stay here again.

After checking out, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the reception had a shower which I could use. I spent the day relaxing in the beautiful zen garden before heading out.
