We stayed at this venue for two nights and were impressed by the convenience of its location. It is situated on a busy road near the National Museum of Singapore and is only a few metres away from everything. The staff were outstanding, showing quick and kind service from the reception desk to the coffee shop. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, and a mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV were a plus, and we appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival.

The front desk & housekeeping were impressive, very helpful & accommodating. Rain shower & heated toilet seat were great. Bedroom linens were clean & white. Highly recommended.

We stayed over Christmas and the hotel had some nice touches, including complementary festive snacks and drinks, which added to the holiday spirit. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the main shopping area and attractions. We also enjoyed the complementary breakfast, which had a good variety.

The room was a disappointment. It was very small and cramped, especially considering the price we paid.

As a family with 2 small kids, we loved the recreational facilities at Rendezvous Hotel. The kids had a blast at the swimming pool and the play area.

We felt like royalty during our stay, absolutely no complaints at all.

There were some negative aspects of my stay. The bed was too hard for my liking, resulting in muscular aches and pains.

Excellent location, opposite Cathay cinema and many eating places around. Gym and swimming pool facilities are great. Enjoyed the view from the club lounge during evening cocktails. I had an enjoyable stay at this well-maintained hotel. I would recommend it to others.

During my solo trip, I had a great experience at the hotel, which is ideally located near many tourist attractions. It was convenient to hop on the bus or take the subway, as the Bencoolen and MRT stations were close by. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, while the breakfast buffet was outstanding. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, and the fantastic pool and gym added to my stay's enjoyment. The free minibar, bus tour, and electrical sockets everywhere were also great perks.

There was a problem with the Wi-Fi connection, which made it difficult for me to work on my laptop.

We had booked an upgrade and paid extra, but the room we initially received was dirty and had damaged furniture. It was only after we complained that we were moved to the room we had originally paid for.

my recent stay in singapore was made even better by staying at a hotel by far east. the location was excellent, with easy access to mrt stations and plenty of nearby eateries. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-designed shower and comfy beds. the staff were delightful and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

limited facilities for the price charged

The hotel is in a prime location, perfect for exploring on foot and well connected for public transport with two subway stations nearby. It's within walking distance of many of Singapore's tourist sights, including Marina Bay and Orchard Road. The rooms are big, clean, and comfortable with a spacious wardrobe and a desk. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The swimming pool is clean and refreshing.

The hallway and some areas of the hotel had a slight musty smell.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The best aspects were the amazing toilet with a warm automatic seat, the convenient location right next to the MRT station and close to major shopping centers, the National Museum of Singapore, and Fort Canning park. The hotel also provided a handy mobile phone guide with 4G internet, which was really handy for exploring the city.
