The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to cater to our needs and wants. They even made us an anniversary card and ensured our dinner was perfect. The location was ideal, with a short walk to Orchard Road for shopping and dining. Taxi rides to attractions like the Singapore Zoo and Jurong Bird Park were easy and affordable. The complimentary light dinner and free flow drinks were a fantastic bonus. The amenities in the bathroom were of high quality and the quirky touches throughout the hotel added to the fun atmosphere. The staff in the dining area were warm and friendly, and the complimentary light refreshments in the evening were a great touch.

On my extended holiday to this city, one of the best aspects of the hotel was its close proximity to the famous shopping area of Orchard Road. Just a couple of minutes walk from the buzz, it made it convenient for me to explore the shops and indulge in some retail therapy. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the small outside area with a lovely swimming pool on the 12th floor. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent, and I particularly appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the option to order custom cooked eggs and pancakes. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Located in the heart of the shopping district, this hotel is close to the metro stations and other tourist attractions. Guests can easily reach Far East Plaza, Newton Hawker Stands and various shops and supermarkets nearby. With spacious and comfortable rooms, this hotel offers a great view and good breakfast options, including pancakes and eggs made-to-order. The staff is welcoming and helpful, and complimentary happy hour drinks and meals are a plus.

The gym and pool facilities are relatively small, but this is common in Singapore hotels and they are decently maintained.

Great 2 night business trip. Here for 2 nights on business and thought the place was perfect. Staff very helpful and facilities all you needed. Only a short walk down to Orchard Road, and in the mornings we managed a run down to the Marina in 20 minutes. The tariff included breakfast, snacks, cocktails in happy hour and free mini bar, which was great. No bar, but the breakfast area on ground floor did have beer on tap and they were happy to pop next door and get bottles of beer. Would definitely stay again whether on business or pleasure.

Convenient location near shops, light meals and refreshments provided, acceptable pool and gym, on-time housekeeping service, in-room food quality was good at reasonable prices, friendly and welcoming front desk staff.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was reasonably convenient, within walking distance to popular areas like Scott's road and Orchard road. The pool area was fantastic, providing a great place to relax and cool down after a day of exploring. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel facilities, including the fitness studio and sauna, were excellent and well-maintained. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable experience.

The free mini bar with snacks and soft drinks in the room was a nice touch. the hotel is conveniently located near designer shops and the subway system. I enjoyed the pool and the complimentary drinks served every evening.

The rooms were quite small and outdated, making it difficult to work and relax. the breakfast was a bit lackluster and didn't have much variety.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the electric curtains that made it pitch black for a great night's sleep. The breakfast had a good variety, and I appreciated the all-day food service at the lounge. The water pressure in the bathroom was strong, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel also had amazing facilities like a sauna, steam room, pool, and fitness center. I had a wonderful experience at Far East Hospitality and would highly recommend it.

I recently stayed at Quincy Hotel in Orchard for an extended layover. The location was convenient and well-connected, with easy access to malls and attractions. The staff, including a polite and professional trainee at check-in, provided an enjoyable user experience. The hotel had everything I needed, with a comfortable bed and clean rooms. The buffet breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner with alcohol included were unexpected bonuses.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

This hotel was perfect for my stay here. The location up the hill in town provided spectacular views and a peaceful environment. The staff, especially at the reception desk, were accommodating and always ready to help me with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping. The happy hour offerings in the bar/lounge area were great, and the room amenities made me feel right at home, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, with just a short walk to Orchard Road and all the shopping and dining options. the hotel also offered lunch, cocktails, and dinner to all guests, which was a great added bonus. the service was top-notch, with staff providing a birthday cake and card for my boyfriend's birthday. the furnishings in the room were stylish and comfortable, and the hotel made an effort to engage with millennials through their social media efforts.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were not as enjoyable. the price of the hotel was a bit on the higher side, especially considering it was Easter weekend.

The Lobby serves a basic breakfast, but at least they have some sandwiches for lunch and a mediocre buffet for dinner. The location is great for exploring nearby restaurants. There are a few nice touches like free drinks and snacks during happy hour and a bowl of sweets in the lobby. The facilities include a fitness center, glass pool, sauna, and steam room. The hotel has activities for adults and older children. The Quincy is in the heart of the Orchard Shopping belt, near the upscale Cairnhill residential estate. Guests enjoy complimentary inclusions such as breakfast, 24-hour lounge access, evening cocktails and canapés, Wi-Fi, and welcome minibar items. The hotel also offers free breakfast, laundry service, and a bar.

Oh my, the walk from the MRT station is such a delight after a long day. Who needs convenience when you have the thought of drinks and canapes waiting for you?
