The staff at the reception desk were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests I had. The lobby bar was a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring the city, with a wide selection of drinks to choose from. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a terrace where I could enjoy my morning coffee. The in-room safe provided added security for my belongings, giving me peace of mind throughout my stay.

smoking was permitted in designated areas but unfortunately, customers smoking IQOS cigarettes disturbed my family in the non-smoking area of the lobby. This was a major inconvenience.
