The hotel was exceptionally clean, the rooms were fantastically comfortable and modern. We really couldn't fault a thing and we got a free upgrade to a suite! The quality of the fixtures and fittings in both in the hotel and the outdoor areas were fantastic and very clean. The hotel staff were extremely polite and professional and the facilities and pool area were fabulous.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location is perfect, with beautiful sandy beaches just a stone's throw away. And the fish restaurant across the street, with its fresh and delicious seafood dishes, is definitely worth a visit. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a great view from the balcony. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the breakfast was top-notch, offering a wide variety of tasty choices. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

There was one minor issue with the shower. The shower head didn't stay in place properly, and the water pressure was quite high, causing the bathroom to flood.

Even though we had a few minor issues during our stay, such as poor wifi and some staff members not being as friendly as others, we still had a wonderful time. The cleanliness of the hotel, the quality of the fixtures and fittings, and the excellent service from the receptionist to the bar and catering staff made up for any drawbacks.

The receptionist was lovely and welcomed us with a refreshing glass of fizz. The light and airy reception area created a pleasant atmosphere. The turn down team left chocolates and sweets as a lovely touch. The 5th-floor views were breathtaking. Our room had a spacious terrace with a table, chairs, and a sun lounger, perfect for enjoying the view. The hotel's location was quiet and peaceful. The restaurant offered a wide variety of high-quality food options, including gluten-free and lactose-free products, fresh vegetables and fruits, tapas, grilled fish and meat, soups. The staff at the restaurant provided excellent service and were professional, helpful, and cheerful. The hotel had great amenities for children, including animation during the day, a supervised playground, and a children's pool with a kids club and buffet. Other amenities, such as free Wi-Fi in public areas, luggage storage, a 24-hour reception, a bar/lounge area, a coffee shop. our experience at this hotel was amazing, and we would highly recommend it for future vacations.

The hotel was very clean and modern, with fantastic sea views. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We especially loved the variety of delicious food on offer during mealtimes, which catered to different dietary requirements. the location was great, being near lots of lovely beaches and in a quiet area.

The surrounding town was quite run-down with lots of graffiti and rubbish. We also found the lack of pool heating to be a downside, as the water was too cold to fully enjoy.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Dos Playas in Puerto de Mazarron. The hotel was well-appointed and clean, with spacious rooms and beautiful views. The staff were extremely friendly and polite, always willing to help and make me feel welcome. The variety of food offered for breakfast and dinner was amazing, and I enjoyed the local beaches and their bars serving food late into the night. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located close to the beaches and only a 20-minute walk from the Marina/Port.

The hotel and its grounds were well-maintained and clean, creating a pleasant environment to relax in. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful views from our room and the easy access to the nearby beaches.

The town itself was quite run-down with many buildings covered in graffiti. It would be great if the local authorities could take steps to address this issue.

The hotel had a prime location, right next to the beautiful beaches and charming port with great restaurants. This made it very convenient to explore the area and enjoy the beach. The rooms were modern and clean with friendly and welcoming staff. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of wine as a welcome gift in our room, along with water in the fridge. The setting of the hotel was lovely and provided a relaxing atmosphere for our New Year's stay.

There were a few negative aspects to our experience. The tea-making facilities in the room would have been a nice addition, and the quality of tea in the dining room could have been better.

The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, with a spacious and comfortable room. The staff were efficient and friendly, providing excellent service. Additionally, the breakfast was good with a lot of variety.
