The staff at Alma Barcelona Gl were incredibly accommodating and friendly. We arrived early and they let us relax in the restaurant with complimentary coffee and tea. They even sent a technician to our room to change the TV language to English. The location is great, with luxury shopping nearby and Sagrada Familia within walking distance. The hotel itself is modern and has all the amenities you'd expect. The bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend Alma Barcelona Gl for a wonderful stay.

Had an unforgettable Christmas experience here! Love the cozy room and crispy clean bathroom. We got two complementary hot chocolate drinks and cookies on arrival, which was a lovely touch. the hotel was located in the heart of the city, close to all the great restaurants and shopping areas, which was just perfect for our Christmas shopping spree. the staff was very polite and helpful.

That the street noise was pretty loud, and it could be difficult to get a good night's sleep. the lighting inside the room was a bit dim, and it took some time to figure out how to turn the lights on and off.

Staying at this hotel was an idyllic experience, with luxurious exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. the Spa & wellness centre offered a massage service that was heavenly, and the indoor swimming pool was clean and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a long day. the sun terrace and garden area were beautiful places to soak up some sun, surrounded by lush greenery. the room advantages were top-notch, with a private outdoor area where I could relax in peace and quiet.

Although I had an amazing time at this hotel, I encountered only one minor issue. the bar and lounge area were slightly noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep.

this hotel exceeded my expectations! staff were friendly, rooms were spacious and clean, and the mini bar had free water bottles. stylish and classy location. can't wait to go back.
