I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond. the rooms were spotless and the beds were so comfortable. the pool was a great size and perfect for cooling off on hot days. I also loved the fact that the hotel had a well-stocked supermarket on site, making it convenient to grab any essentials.

That there seemed to be a lack of options for quiet areas to relax and enjoy a drink. It would have been nice to have another bar where adults could have a more peaceful atmosphere.

I recently stayed at Eden for a week and had a fantastic time. The hotel is in a perfect location, with a lovely modern design. The staff were incredibly helpful and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The highlight was definitely the heated swimming pool, one of the best I've experienced in the Canary Islands. The on-site supermarket was well stocked, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance at the Europa center. it was a great place for a week away.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Europa shopping centre with a variety of shops and restaurants. It's also just a few minutes away from Puerto Rico beach, perfect for a day of sun and sand. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with king-sized beds and spacious showers. The staff provides great service and keeps the grounds spotless. it's a great place to stay for a week away.

There was a family of loud kids in the pool who were a bit rude to other guests.

Loved spending a few relaxing days in this fabulous apartment complex. The sun terrace with free hammocks and umbrellas was perfect for soaking up the Puerto Rico sun. The different pool areas with sea views were a great way to cool off and enjoy the scenery.

Oh, can't forget the delightful family of loud kids in the pool, such a pleasant surprise!
