The hotel is situated in a quiet area, but still in proximity to key attractions, such as La Sagrada Familia church. It's not far from the Universitat Aerobus stop if coming from the airport. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bathrooms are equipped with excellent showers. The staff is polite and attentive, and the breakfast quality is top-notch.

There were minor inconveniences, such as the lack of daily refill of coffee capsules and bath salts.

Comfortable room with excellent location for attractions. Reception staff were helpful and courteous. Clean hotel. Good base for a busy city break. One night, we were disturbed by noisy activity and loud parties in the hotel. Despite that, overall I'll recommend this hotel.

We really got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was modern, well-appointed, and the bathroom was pristine. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the city center and surrounded by quiet bars and restaurants. The staff were courteous and very helpful throughout our stay.

The staff is also really nice and ready to help you with any request. We were greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival which was a great touch. The rooms are well equipped with all amenities and the in-room breakfast was really good. The leisure facilities were top-notch and we really enjoyed the plunge pool and sun loungers. we had an amazing stay here.

The African art in the rooms was beautiful and unique. The staff were helpful in recommending local cafes for breakfast, which saved us money. The pool area was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. One day, the lift was broken, but the staff were quick to fix it. Overall I would recommend Balmes for its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and attentive staff.

The Easter holidays are a great time to travel. I enjoyed the chocolates and hot cross buns that were offered at this hotel. the hotel is in a great location, just a couple of minutes' walk from the main shopping district and attractions. the breakfast provided was extensive and tasted good.

My stay was spoilt by the loud noise in the hotel. the walls seem to be paper-thin, and I was frequently disturbed by the noise from the other guests in the hotel.
