Had a wonderful Christmas stay at this hotel. Loved the fact that the check-in time was at 14 and check-out at 12, giving us plenty of time to relax and enjoy. The water palace was definitely the highlight with its sauna, steam rooms, and hydromassage options. The buffet breakfast was delicious, especially the local food options.

One thing we didn't like was the limited access to the water palace. We could only use it for 2 hours on the day of our stay and not again the next morning before check-out.

The hotel's restaurant is on the expensive side, but nearby options provide a more affordable dining experience.

The area where the hotel is located is absolutely stunning and offers great opportunities for outdoor activities like hiking. the dinner buffet had a decent variety of food options, and the portion sizes were generous. the spa treatments were fantastic and the staff provided excellent service.

The hotel desperately needs some maintenance and renovation work. the rooms had a terrible odor and were very outdated.

Amazing food, nice swimming pool, good amenities, check-in/out times are convenient, stunning location, historic buildings with modern conveniences.
