Amazing views from the balcony and pool area. Convenient location near Palma, Portals Nous, and the airport. The breakfast and lunch options were delicious, with excellent service.

The restaurant and lounge/bar atmosphere at night was not inviting, with bright lighting and no cozy ambiance. The rooms had limited sea views and were on the smaller side, lacking storage space for clothes.

The room was amazing, with a huge bed, rain shower, and a balcony with a hot tub. the hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. the location was great, with shops and restaurants nearby.

The pool area was overcrowded with sunbeds and lacked serenity. There were some cleanliness issues on the beach and the pool area.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to Palma for a day out using local buses. There was also a coastal town nearby with a market, perfect for exploring. Getting to Palma centre or Portals was also made easy with taxis readily available. The rooms were clean and had breathtaking views of the sea. The staff was welcoming and helpful, offering a glass of champagne upon arrival. The breakfast had a great selection with fresh food, including the delicious waffles that we absolutely loved.

I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Illetas.

The private beach could use some improvement, with fresh sand and new loungers. The rooftop bar could have more frequent hours of operation for guests to enjoy.
