The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area, close to the city center and in the midst of a ritzy shopping district. The combination of a classic Oviedo facade with a sleek modern interior creates a unique atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, with comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing good service throughout the stay. The breakfast buffet offers a sufficient variety of options, ensuring a pleasant start to the day.

Some translations were missing, making it difficult for English-speaking guests to understand certain aspects of the hotel.

This hotel made my Christmas vacation unforgettable with its exquisite ambience and wonderful amenities. the staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. the complimentary wine and breakfast selections were a welcome surprise, and the close proximity to the town centre and shopping centres was incredibly convenient. the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. I really enjoyed the on-site restaurant and bar, which offered delicious meals and refreshing beverages.

There were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of coffee/tea making facilities in the room, and the absence of English-language cable TV channels. while the hotel's location was convenient, the entrance space was not as grand as some of the other hotels.

The bathroom in the room was by far the largest and best I have ever experienced in any hotel, with a fantastic shower. The only minor issue we found was that the view from the window was not entirely pleasant, and we had to keep the curtain closed. the hotel could benefit from more leisure/TV room options, although the ones available were comfortable and cozy.
