The room was clean with a small balcony and good lighting. The staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Convenient location near the metro and bus lines, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

I recently stayed in a hotel located in a calm residential area, close to the Tre Torres Metro station. It was so convenient as I could easily travel into the city center. The room I had was functional, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast offered was simple but tasty, served by friendly and helpful staff. The hotel also had free and easy Wi-Fi access. the location and facilities provided a great experience.

That there was no lamp for reading on one side of the queen-sized bed in my room.

The hotel's location was great, with a lot to do nearby. I loved that they gave us complimentary bottles of water, and the breakfast was delicious! We also had a balcony with a great view.

The room was too noisy for us to sleep at night. the air conditioning was spotty and the temperature fluctuated throughout the night.

The customer service at Catalonia was exceptional! The staff was incredibly attentive and polite, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Even when I had to work during my stay, they offered me a cup of coffee in the cozy living room. It made my work and stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you!

The hotel is located in a very nice residential area away from the bustle of downtown. There are plenty of nice restaurants located close by, making it convenient for dining out. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance to most bus stops, making it easy to explore the city.

All was satisfactory with no major issues.

The value for money at Catalonia Castellnou was excellent, with comfortable beds and clean rooms. The staff, especially the frontdesk manager Iban, were friendly and helpful. The location was great, just 5 minutes away from the metro station in a quiet suburb.
