During my business trip to Tenerife, I had a pleasantly surprising stay in this complex. the apartment was clean and fully equipped with everything I needed for my short stay. the pool area was quiet and peaceful, with a great view of the surrounding area. the pool bar offered delicious meals at great value.

The hill leading up to the complex was very steep and could be a challenge for those not used to walking uphill. the available beds were very old and uncomfortable, and could definitely use an upgrade.

The team of receptionists went above and beyond, Anna and Sasha were exceptional. Comfortable beds and pillows. Hot and unlimited water in the shower. Super calm and quiet. Bonus of sleeping with a local black kitty.

The hotel is located in a lovely area, down the hill near the Safari Centre and the harbor. The room was well maintained and clean, with a minimal "welcome pack". The bathroom was upgraded and in good condition. The staff at the pool bar were fantastic hosts, providing great service and creating a friendly atmosphere. The pool area was peaceful and underused.

The curtains in the room were not sufficient in providing privacy from the pool area in the morning.
