The value for money at Eurostars was excellent, the room was comfortable and clean with effective air conditioning. The hotel's location near Plaza Santa Anna was ideal, with plenty of tapas bars and music venues nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

We loved staying here! This place is centrally located in the heart of all the action. Pretty much all the sights to see were within walking distance, and the hotel itself sat on a particularly nice street. It was perfect! The staff was exceptional and our room was soundproofed for a peaceful night's sleep. The room itself was very modern and clean, and filled with all necessary amenities like a TV, telephone, and even our own personal terrace! We really appreciated the excellent room service and laundry service as well.

We would recommend this hotel to anyone!

During our trekking adventure, my friends and I had the pleasure of staying in a fantastic hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, being right beside the metro and close to the Atocha train station. It made exploring the city a breeze and allowed us easy access to the best landmarks and theaters. The room we stayed in was impeccable, with a comfortable bed and a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The staff provided exceptional service and the breakfast spread was truly delightful. Plus, the view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the bustling city streets.

The hotel is in such a great location, close to all the attractions, metro, and Hatain Market. The room was clean, with sleek decor, and the staff was very helpful and gracious. The breakfast had a good choice of different food, and the air conditioning worked well. the beds were unusually comfortable and the cleaning service was fantastic.

There were no coffee-making facilities in the room.

Spent Christmas in a hotel and it was lovely! the complementary hot cocoa and cookies were a nice touch, and the view from our room was fantastic - we were able to see the Christmas lights from nearby buildings. the location was perfect as we were able to walk to many restaurants and shops.

The elevators were a bit slow and we had to wait for a while, but not a big deal. the breakfast buffet was just average and didn't have many options except for pastries.

Although not very large, they were good enough for two people. The breakfast was good, and the hotel staff were very pleasant. The location was excellent, with most of the tourist attractions within walking distance. The cleanliness of the hotel rooms was impressive, and the bathroom provided ample hot water, especially in the cold weather. The WiFi network also worked well for meetings and streaming.

We stayed for 5 nights in a hotel in the city center, which is great for sightseeing and exploring the cultural heritage. The location is near the Tirso de Molino metro station, making it convenient for getting around. The staff were excellent and provided great service. The room was adequate, the bathroom spacious, and everything was kept clean. The breakfast offered a good variety of options to choose from.

I had a great experience staying at a hotel in Madrid. the staff at Eurostars were very pleasant and the rooms and communal areas were extremely clean. the hotel is conveniently located close to bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops in the city centre. Despite being in such a central location, the hotel was surprisingly quiet and I couldn't hear any noise from other rooms or the street. it was a comfortable and peaceful stay.
