We had a lovely stay at a hotel close to the airport and a famous stadium. the room was spacious, clean, and had a nice bathroom with a shower and bath. the staff were kind and accommodating, even allowing us to have extra cushions in our children's bed. the hotel had a nice pool and a good choice of breakfast options. We also enjoyed the strong and hot shower, as well as the included parking and good WiFi. it was a great quality/price stay in Madrid.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was ideal for me, as it was very close to the shopping mall and just a short distance from the airport. I loved that I didn't have to worry about hearing the planes while enjoying the peacefulness of my room. The service here was top-notch, with the staff being extremely friendly and accommodating. Plus, the amenities provided were excellent, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning. The hotel also had a lovely terrace where I could relax and enjoy the garden furniture. The attention to detail in the room was impressive, with free toiletries and a television with multiple channels. On top of all that, the restaurant on-site offered delicious food and the staff, like Manuel and Sergio, went above and beyond to ensure my dining experience was exceptional. the level of service and the quality of the facilities made my stay here truly pleasant.

The hotel was located far from any shops or restaurants, forcing me to use public transportation or ride-hailing services to find meals or entertainment. the staff at the reception was extremely rude, unapologetic, and not helpful when my keys weren't working.
