We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was very modern and comfortable, and our room was incredibly spacious. the hotel provided beach towels, so we didn't have to worry about packing our own. the buffet breakfast and dinner were plentiful, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. We especially enjoyed the Chinese themed night, which was better than any Chinese banquet we've had before. the location was convenient, with a 15-minute walk to the Yumbo and a 40-minute walk to the beach. the hotel had great amenities, including a gym, steam room, jacuzzi, and a wellness area with calming music. the entertainment every night was a nice touch, and the staff were friendly and hardworking. Princess Hotels provided everything we needed for a perfect stay. Well done!

We had a fantastic winter sun holiday at this hotel. The location was convenient, with easy access to other places like the seafront and shopping centre. The rooms were modern and clean, with comfortable beds and a great view from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread was delicious. We loved the spacious pool area with plenty of sunbeds available. The free Wi-fi was a bonus, although it could be faster. a great choice for budget travelers.

The service in the bars was slow for those on the all-inclusive deal.

I recently stayed at Hotel Gran Canaria Princess and had a wonderful experience. The staff were kind, friendly, and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The food at the hotel was of a high standard and there were plenty of options to choose from. The entire hotel was kept impeccably clean, including my comfortable room. The lifts were quick and efficient, and the pool, bar, and cafe provided a relaxing atmosphere. The spa area with jacuzzis was a lovely place to unwind, and the spa and massage services were fantastic. I will definitely be returning.

The room was spacious and clean with a nice balcony offering views of the sea and mountains. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had plenty of choice. There was also a lovely pool area with sunbeds available.
