Great location and modern amenities, with excellent food and friendly staff. Enjoyed the pool with a lively DJ and rooftop bar for sunsets. Good spa services and facilities, including a sports bar with cheap drinks. Towels and room cleaning provided daily.

We stayed in a Rock Suite Platinum and were amazed by the quality of the room and the amenities. The hot tub was fantastic with adjustable temperature settings. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was great, just next to Ushuaia and a lovely sandy beach. The breakfast was one of the best we've had at a hotel. we had an unforgettable experience at this hotel and highly recommend it.

The hotel boasts an amazing location right at the beach, making it easy to relax after a day at the beach. Plus, the small platform next to the spa offers fantastic views of the sea. The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, exemplified in their quick handling of a faulty air conditioning unit. Rooms are modern, spacious, and boast high-quality amenities such as Bluetooth docking speakers and comfortable beds.

The music around the pool can be repetitive and lack the rock theme that the hotel advertises.

I recently had a great stay at a well-known hotel in Ibiza. the rooms were spacious and the staff were incredibly friendly. the beds were comfortable and I enjoyed a fabulous breakfast every morning. the location was convenient, especially for those interested in visiting clubs or the airport. the valet parking service was convenient, although I would have preferred to park my own car. it was a pleasant experience with many positive aspects, including the helpful staff and the delicious breakfast.

The staff was not well-trained and the service was quite poor. Long wait for breakfast and coffee, bad check-in experience.

We had an incredible stay at the hotel - the room was lovely and comfortable, especially the bed! the balcony offered a great view of the complex, the sea, and the stunning sunset. the hotel itself was clean and had a great vibe, with all the facilities we needed. Since we visited in October, it was quieter and we had no trouble finding loungers at the pool. the location was fantastic, and the pools seemed like they would throw amazing parties when allowed. the breakfast was good, and the beds were the comfiest we've ever slept in. the gold suite was perfect for two people, and the balcony had a decent area with a sea view. the cashless system and wristbands worked flawlessly. the staff, especially Laura, were amazing and always willing to help.

The staff were friendly and immediately helpful. The breakfast was amazingly good and diverse. The lady serving with coffee was very nice and helpful. The high-end rooms were great. The restaurants Tattel and Beach Club are world-class. The gym was good enough. Sushi was perfect. The poolside was great. The cocktails were so freaking good. The activities organized by HRH during rainy days like yoga, pilates, and Xbox "competitions" were fun.

This luxury hotel exceeded my expectations with its exclusive amenities and impeccable service. the spa and wellness centre provided a relaxing retreat, complete with a sauna and multiple pools including an indoor swimming pool. the outdoor swimming pool and beach access were also a plus. the professional staff fulfilled every need, offering beauty treatments and massages, and the restaurant served a delicious buffet breakfast with special diet menus available upon request. the entertainment was first-class, with live performances and a night club that provided endless fun.

The occasional noise from airplanes flying overhead. this was a minor issue that did not detract from the overall luxury experience provided by the hotel.

The staff, particularly Rosi, went above and beyond to make my birthday unforgettable with cake and champagne. The hotel was clean and vibrant, perfect for those with an outstanding lifestyle. Don't forget to visit the sky terrace for a breathtaking sunset.
