I was pleasantly surprised by the value I got for my money at Hesperia in Barcelona. The room was excellent, equipped with bathrobes, a kettle, and a coffee machine. The location was perfect, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, even surprising me with a birthday cake and cava on my special day.

The food for breakfast could have been better if there were more shelves in the shower to place the shampoo, shower gel, and soap.

They were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. the location of the hotel was also excellent, with plenty of cafes and attractions within walking distance. We especially enjoyed being close to the beach, making it easy to take a stroll along the coastline. Another advantage of the hotel was the cleanliness of the rooms. They were well-maintained and spotless, ensuring a pleasant stay.

One aspect that we didn't quite appreciate was the non-functioning air conditioning on the top floor. Despite notifying the hotel multiple times, the issue was not properly resolved, making the room uncomfortably warm and humid.
