The host, Ananda, went above and beyond to assist us with a problem we had with our SIM card, which we greatly appreciated. The information provided to us through Whatsapp regarding restaurants and their opening times was incredibly helpful. our stay at Hostal Alvarez was excellent and we would highly recommend it to others.
