We had an incredible time staying at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the bustling shopping street and with easy access to the metro and airport transportation. The staff were extremely helpful and always went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The amenities were top-notch, with a stunning rooftop pool, spa, and wellness center. We especially loved the indoor swimming pool and sauna. The hotel also had a fantastic restaurant with delicious food and a bar/lounge area that offered a wide variety of drinks. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. our experience here was wonderful and we would highly recommend it.

I stayed at 1898 for a week and it exceeded all my expectations. The location on Las Ramblas was perfect for exploring the city, and the hotel itself was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and Renan in the bar was an absolute delight. The hotel had fantastic facilities, including a stunning rooftop terrace with a bar and swimming pool. The spa in the basement was a great bonus too. I would definitely book 1898 again for my next visit.

Staying at this place was such a treat. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of everything. We loved that the subway was right beneath the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. The room was like a cinema, with a big comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room service was top-notch. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace with its amazing views and refreshing pool. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun.

We found that some of the staff at the rooftop bar were a bit confused about charging things to the room, but overall the service was great. We would definitely recommend this venue to our friends.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with various requests. They even made restaurant reservations for us and surprised my husband with a bottle of champagne for his birthday. The bar staff were also fantastic, making expertly crafted cocktails. The hotel provided amazing towels with all the necessary toiletries in case we forgot anything. The room was spacious and clean, and we loved the beautiful terrace. The beds were turned down every night, and we were treated to complementary chocolates and cocktails. The interior design and decoration of the hotel were beautiful and classy. The location was perfect, situated in a fabulous area of wonderful old architecture in the city's gothic quarter. It was right next to La Rambla shopping street and near the market. The hotel facilities were great, and everything was spotless. We truly felt at home and well taken care of.

Traveling for leisure, we stayed at Hotel 1898 for six nights and couldn't have been happier. The room size was perfect, with a scenic view of La Rambla. The hotel exudes a sense of tranquility that is truly remarkable. When we had trouble with our key card and had to take the stairs instead of the lift, the staff surprised us with a bottle of bubbles. The rooftop terrace and pools were fantastic, and the location was unbeatable. The spa amenities were luxurious, and our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. We'll definitely be returning to this stylish, classy hotel.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations! the decor was stunning and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. the rooftop bar and pool were definitely highlights - the views were incredible! the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to shops and public transport.

The room I was initially given was quite noisy, but the staff were very responsive and quickly moved me to a quieter room. though, the positives far outweighed the negatives and I would definitely stay here again.

The in-room dining options were rather limited, and it would have been great to have traditional local dishes available. the location came with a bit of noise from the surrounding restaurants.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel 1898 in Barcelona. The central location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city on foot and conveniently access the metro and HopOn/HopOff bus. The roof terrace was a highlight, offering a stunning place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hotel was clean and stylish, with a beautiful decor. The staff were accommodating and quickly changed my room to include a balcony. a perfect hotel experience.
