The owners were incredibly caring, even walking a guest to the hospital. The hotel is a lovely 300-year-old stone building with spacious rooms and a beautiful garden. The check-in experience was great, with a room overlooking the river. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even for late arrivals. The facility was well-maintained and clean.

I loved EVERYTHING about this hotel. The beautiful historic building was renovated into a comfortable hotel with modern touches. The location was perfect, right in the old quarter of Tui and very close to restaurants and bars. The hotel had a beautiful garden where I could relax after exploring Tui. The staff was so kind and professional, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The staff were amazing! They were very welcoming, even offering me a complimentary drink upon arrival. the receptionist spoke English, which was a big help since I don't speak Spanish. All the staff members were friendly and hospitable. the hotel facility was clean and well-maintained.

The wifi connection in the room was weak due to the thick stone walls, but this was a minor trade-off for the charming ambiance.

Stayed at a beautiful historic house with antiques and a stunning garden in the heart of a medieval center. the staff was incredibly welcoming, going out of their way to make us feel at home. Our room and bathroom were comfortable, and although they didn't have a view, we had access to a balcony with breathtaking vistas of the river and countryside. the highlight was the breakfast, which was the best of our entire trip with a wide selection of delicious local fruits, cheeses, meats, breads, and pastries.
