The hotel is located in a peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the views from the hotel are absolutely stunning, especially in the evening. the staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions and providing excellent service. the room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. I loved the fact that the room had a kitchen with various kitchenware, including a coffee maker and a washing machine.

That there was no food available in the hotel in the evening. the nearby restaurants were a bit expensive, so I had to drive a few kilometers to find a more affordable option.

Great views and helpful staff. the location was perfect, close to the city center but away from the noise and congestion. the free parking was also a huge advantage, making it easy to get around during my business trip.

The walls were a bit thin, so I could hear some noise from the neighboring rooms. But overall, it was still a fabulous place to stay and I would definitely choose it again.

We had a fantastic stay at Artetxe! The hotel grounds were perfect for our dog to run around and there were even bowls and dog food provided in our room. The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, overlooking the city. Plus, it was just a short 5-minute drive to the funicular railway that takes you down to the city. The staff was incredibly helpful and the breakfast was delicious with high-quality coffee. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The hotel really went above and beyond to accommodate our furry friend, with a doggy bed and feeding station in the room. We also loved the beautiful gardens and the attention to cleanliness with plenty of poop clean-up supplies available. a truly special stay!

The value for our money at Artetxe was excellent, with a huge room and a spectacular view. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city via the nearby funicular. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

The breakfast option could have been improved with more variety.

The staff were really helpful and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room I stayed in had a great view over the city and was a generous size. I especially appreciated the tea making facilities in the room. The location of this hotel was perfect, as it was close to the funicular railway that takes you down to the city center in just 5 minutes by car. The breakfast served at the hotel was excellent value for money, with a wide variety of options including cereal, toast, cold meats, Spanish omelette, cheeses.

The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, with a great choice of food including mini homemade yogurts and chocolate filled crepes. the staff were all very helpful, and we felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. the view from our balcony was excellent, giving us a stunning view of the city below.

That the door to our room did not close properly, it only closed if it was locked. the hotel was a bit out of the way, so there wasn't much around in terms of amenities or attractions.

Limited transportation options without a car.

The room was a bit small, but we spotted other rooms with more space. The location, above the city, offered a lovely view and secure parking. The staff, especially Eva and Tamara, were fantastic and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. I would recommend this hotel for its value and pleasant stay.

We had an amazing stay at this place. the staff was very friendly and helpful! Our room was very clean, pleasant, and the kitchen was well-stocked. the bed and pillows were super comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. Plus, the location was perfect - nestled in nature with striking views.
