I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Cappuccino in Palma. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old quarter near the Cathedral and Government buildings. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also loved the luxurious and calming atmosphere throughout the hotel. The breakfast was a highlight - a calm and peaceful setting, with a delicious menu of freshly prepared dishes. The staff at the front desk, restaurant, and bar were all incredibly kind and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. my experience at Hotel Cappuccino was indulgent and memorable.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, with friendly staff, delicious food, and a perfect location for exploring Palma on foot.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the old town, making it convenient to explore the famous sites such as the cathedral. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in close proximity, making dining options easily accessible. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with charming decor, providing a comfortable stay. The bathroom amenities are of high quality and the cleaning service is prompt and thorough. The breakfast options are delicious and the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

There was a slight inconvenience with the noise from the hoover in the common areas in the morning.

Christmas at this hotel was amazing! the decorations were beautiful and really put us in the festive spirit. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. We especially liked that we were given complimentary sweets and water every night from housekeeping. the location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

Although we had a wonderful stay, the one downside was the size of the pool area. It was a bit small, and there wasn't a bar in the pool area which would have been nice.

This venue is truly luxurious with exclusive amenities and exceptional service. the Spa & wellness centre, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool were amongst my favourites. the sun terrace offered a great view of the city. the restaurant served a continental breakfast in-room each morning. the bar area was a perfect place to wind down after a long day of sightseeing.

One minor issue I experienced was that there were times when the lounge and seating areas were quite busy with public access and it was a challenge to find a spot to relax. the hotel could benefit from designating more areas exclusively for hotel guest use.

Excellent location in the old town, close to great restaurants. Stylish and elegant design throughout, with spacious and stylish rooms. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Tom at reception who went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Rooftop pool is a small but relaxing place to unwind. Beautiful Mama cafe on the ground floor with delicious food.

Perfect central location, clean rooms, exceptional service, beautiful rooftop terrace, variety of nearby restaurants and shops. Excellent tapas and sushi at the hotel restaurant. Enjoyable breakfast with a great ambiance. Spacious rooms with high-quality interior. Lovely rooftop pool and terrace. Quiet and convenient location.

We enjoyed our stay at Cappuccino - Palma, a lovely hotel in the old quarter of Palma. The location was perfect, near the Cathedral and Government buildings, as well as some nice watch shops. The interior design was beautiful, and we especially loved the downstairs bar with its pretty colors. The rooftop terrace and pool were fantastic, providing a great spot for swimming and relaxation. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and our spacious room and bathroom were well appointed. The breakfast included in our rate was a bit pricey but worth it, as the food was lovely and the menu offered freshly prepared dishes brought directly to our table.

The spa experience, including a facial, is perfect with experienced and pleasant staff. the hotel provides a nice indulgent experience.

Such a stylish boutique. Superb cleanliness, even the trash can was spotless. Convenient location, close to everything. Helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast. Room had a nice view, no noise. Car rental service was smooth. Would definitely return.
