The location is ideal, situated in the Old Town near the cruise ship docks, making it easy to explore the sites and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the pedestrian streets.

The staff, from the friendly receptionists to the attentive breakfast lady and cleaning staff, provided outstanding service. Their kindness and helpfulness made it our best experience in Europe. The location of the hotel was also ideal, offering stunning views from the top-floor tower.

The hotel had a beautiful historic building with a lot of character. It was a great location, close to the seafront and a variety of bars and restaurants. the room we stayed in was large and well-designed, with a modern bathroom and comfortable bed. the staff were welcoming and friendly, and we were even given access to a rooftop terrace which was a fantastic bonus.

Although our room was nice, it overlooked the inner atrium which meant we didn't have much external light. This wasn't a major issue as we were only there for one night, but it would have been better to have a window with natural light.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa De Las Cuatro Torres. the staff were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to address any issues. On our second night, they even offered us a complimentary upgrade, which we happily accepted. the receptionists, Anna and Lourdes, were particularly lovely and helpful, assisting us with arranging a taxi to a nearby garage when we ran out of petrol. the bed was comfortable and spacious, ensuring a restful night's sleep. It was a pleasant surprise to learn that the hotel had been featured in the TV series Killing Eve, adding an extra touch of excitement to our stay. the hotel staff noticed that we had booked the stay for my wife's birthday, and on her special day, they presented her with a print by the artist owner, which was incredibly kind and considerate. We were so delighted with our experience that we plan to return, especially now that we live just a few hours away.

Don't forget to ask for the key to the tower for breathtaking 360-degree views of the city. We will definitely be back!

the hotel is located in a quiet area, yet it is conveniently close to the restaurants and shops of the Old Town. the room I stayed in was incredibly comfortable, with air conditioning and a lovely Juliet balcony overlooking the square. the hotel staff were friendly and went out of their way to provide excellent restaurant recommendations. the buffet-style breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide selection of fresh fruit, pastries, cold meats, and more. the highlight was the terrace on top of the hotel, offering breathtaking views of Cadiz and a perfect spot for a drink before dinner.
