had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in Benidorm. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the cozy sitting-room area was a nice touch. The location was great, with the beach and restaurants within walking distance.

Missed having a kettle or small fridge in the room.

I recently had a fabulous time in a hotel located in front of a beautiful, quiet beach. The location couldn't have been better - just a stones throw away from the breathtaking coastline. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with everything I needed for a relaxing vacation. The facilities were top-notch, particularly the restaurant which offered a wide variety of delicious meals. I also enjoyed taking a refreshing dip in the small but lovely swimming pool.

One downside was the lack of tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms, which would have been a convenient addition.

The hotel room we were initially given had a problem with the electricity, but the receptionist quickly provided us with another lovely room. The breakfast was very Spanish with a great selection of cold meats, cheeses, and even bacon and eggs. The hotel also had a self-service orange juicer, which was a bonus for fresh juice lovers like us. The buffet dinner at the restaurant was superb with a variety of delicious dishes. The staff, except for one rude waitress, were friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a great location, close to the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants. we had a lovely stay at this hotel.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a balcony to enjoy the views. The breakfast offered a variety of options to suit all tastes.

We had a fantastic stay at El Palmeral! The hotel is super nice, situated in a quiet area and just a stone's throw away from the sea. The staff were amazing, always available and welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel also had a small but sufficient swimming pool, perfect for a relaxing vacation. In the surrounding area, there were plenty of restaurants to choose from, although if you're looking for a lively nightlife, you'll need to head to the center of Benidorm, which is a short taxi ride away. we highly recommend El Palmeral for a relaxing stay.

The staff at Hotel Palmeral were fantastic, making our stay a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The breakfast included delicious toast with tomatoes, garlic, and cheese, as well as eggs and ham. The abundance of freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee was a treat.

Spent xmas in a hotel on the quiet area of the beach. Loved the fact that it was close enough to the restaurants and bars, but not so close that it was too loud to relax. the hotel was exceptionally clean, smelled amazing and staff was always available for anything we needed. the food was excellent and very reasonably priced.

The location of this hotel was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the beach and nearby restaurants. It is situated in the quiet part of Benidorm, away from the lively area but not too far. We took a taxi which cost 12 euros each way, or you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the seafront. The hotel is just one minute from the beach and restaurants/cafes, making it very convenient. The rooms were clean, and although ours faced the back of the hotel overlooking other apartments instead of the beach, it was still pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities were all clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was fine, with a very Spanish selection of cold meats and cheeses, but still very good.

We had a short break at this hotel and overall we had a fabulous time. On check-in, we were offered an upgrade to a sea view at a cost, which we took, and I'm glad we did. Our room on the top floor had a large balcony with up to 10 hours of sun. The room was clean, the beds were good, and it was quiet with no road noise. The location is excellent, just a 1-minute walk to the beach, which is the best beach we've ever been to. The bus stop across the road was very convenient for getting around. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff were very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
