Our stay at Hotel Gernika was great value for money - modern, clean rooms and a welcoming staff. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the vibrant city center.

The hotel breakfast menu could use more variety to make it even better.

My stay at Hotel Gernika was beyond wonderful. The location was perfect for exploring the center of Gernika, and the parking for bikes made it convenient for us. The first receptionist was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and our spacious room was a delight. The breakfast offered was pretty good as well.

The limited parking at the front of the hotel was a bit tight, and the additional underground parking came with a charge of €10. The view from our room wasn't particularly attractive, but it didn't bother us much since we weren't in the hotel for long.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and historical sites, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The rooms are comfortable, with full amenities and a clean, spacious bathroom. The staff were super friendly and helpful during our stay. They provided us with directions and even lent us an iron and an umbrella when we needed them. The location of the hotel was fantastic - right in the heart of the city, so we were able to easily walk to all the nearby attractions. the room was spacious, clean, and had a coffee machine, which was a nice added touch.

One thing that could be improved upon was the breakfast service. Instead of having a buffet or a clear menu to choose from, we were asked what we wanted without knowing what options were available.
