I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The owners and staff were exceptional, warm, and attentive. The room I stayed in was large and comfortable, with a lovely view over the small canal and the Grand Canal. The location of this hotel was also very good, as it was close to the waterbuses, restaurants, and a fantastic gelato place called GelatiNico.

The lack of fans or air conditioning in the room was a downside, especially during hot weather. However, opening the windows from the top allowed a breeze to come in.

We stayed at this amazing hotel for 2 nights and were warmly welcomed by the friendly host. The hotel is located near San Sebastian's Mount Igeldo Amusement Park, which was a great attraction for our children. The funicular ride up to San Sebastian was a fun experience and we enjoyed exploring the town. The hotel offers stunning views and a peaceful retreat from the city. The hosts were knowledgeable and provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options.

the location was perfect for us - not right in the downtown area, but still close enough to easily walk or take the bus into town. the bus stop was conveniently located right across the street and ran every 30 minutes. the staff at the hotel, specifically Inaki and Tania, were amazing. They were friendly, helpful, and gave us great recommendations for things to do both in and outside of town. the interior decor of the hotel was tasteful, reflecting the local Basque culture.
