The breakfast was reasonable and the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was great, very central and easy to access. We also enjoyed the well-appointed and cozy bar they had.

There was no holiday cheer at this hotel during Christmas, which was very disappointing. the overall atmosphere was dull and boring, with no decorations or festive activities going on.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you need. The bathroom is also clean and well-maintained. The staff at the reception are friendly and helpful, providing assistance whenever needed. The breakfast buffet is impressive, offering a wide variety of options to choose from.

Some of the shower head's holes were not pouring properly.

The pool area was lovely, with a sundeck perfect for lounging around and doing absolutely nothing. The studios were spacious and tastefully decorated, great for both business trips and family vacations. The central courtyard was a beautiful spot for events. The sports facilities had everything I needed.

I definitely didn't miss having a hairdryer in my room.

the room was spacious, clean, and nicely furnished with a comfortable, super-king sized bed. the bathroom had a very large shower cubicle with both a fixed overhead shower and a removable shower head. the public areas were also clean and tidy, including a comfortable atrium lounge with a bar. the breakfast selection was impressive, with a large choice of items including baked goods, charcuterie, cheeses, fruit. the staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient, and there was secure underground parking available.
