The location of the hotel was fantastic, situated in a quiet residential area outside of the main tourist area. It was very close to the La Bonanova station, making it convenient to explore the city. There were also plenty of local restaurants nearby, offering a taste of authentic cuisine. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The beds were uncomfortable and squeaky, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The price/quality ratio of the apartments was really good. I also appreciated that there were no additional fees for late/early check-in/out. the location was convenient, with a train station just 2 minutes away and a supermarket nearby.

Some of the staff did not speak English, which made communication difficult.

Lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably hot during summer nights. the unit could use a facelift, as some fixtures were broken and the kitchen units were tatty.

We were initially assigned a room on the first floor with a balcony, but unfortunately, the balcony door lock didn't work. However, the receptionist, Alejandra, was incredibly helpful and quickly organized another lovely apartment for us. The new room was super lovely and nicely decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The whole hotel and restaurant complex had a unique and vibrant atmosphere.

We had a nice romantic escape in an apartment with some advantages such as good complimentary WiFi and friendly cleaners who were always checking in to make sure we were comfortable. the location was perfect for us, as it was close to some major attractions and had several good restaurants and shops nearby.

There were some negative aspects to the apartment such as poor maintenance. For instance, the toilet had a broken light fixture and the balcony seemed unstable.
