Excellent position, double windows so very bright room. Very helpful receptionist - he even explained how to work the aircon! Good size room, excellent aircon and wifi reception. No noise from the road. Large bathroom, plenty of hot water. the whole place was spotless, the room large and comfortable. An extra bonus was the location, across the road from Jardín del Principe and an easy walk to the centre and the Palacio Real.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the helpful and friendly staff who made me feel welcome. the breakfast selection was excellent, with a variety of options including yoghurt and cereal. the location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore nearby attractions and restaurants.

There was a strong cigarette smell in the corridor near the lifts which made the walk unpleasant. the bathroom had a large jetted tub which was not ideal for older individuals due to the absence of hand bars or rubber mats, making it difficult to get in and out of the tub safely.

The location of this hotel is perfect for walking in the parks and exploring the town. It is conveniently situated in the center of the town and is also close to the motorway, making it easy to get around. Secondly, the staff were excellent - very friendly and accommodating. Finally, the breakfast was brilliant with a wide variety of food and drinks on offer. It was the perfect way to start the day.

This hotel is perfectly located in the center of a very interesting historical town. Everything you'd want to visit is within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient. The staff is attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities and the double bed was comfortable. The breakfast offered a good selection of items and was a nice way to start the day. The hotel also provided good wifi, which was a plus.

I had a problem with my car's central locking due to the police station nearby, but the hotel was kind enough to find a solution for me. The location is excellent, right in the center of town and convenient for the motorway. I would recommend this hotel.
