The hotel had a nice design and was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. They provided complimentary slippers and the rooms were attended to every day.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the hotel didn't have a pool, even though it was advertised as having one.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the main bus station, making it convenient for exploring the island. It is also situated on the west coast of Ibiza, offering beautiful sunset views. Additionally, it is very close to all the attractions and amenities in the area, allowing easy access to everything.

One downside is that some guests have mentioned that the street outside the hotel can be quite noisy, especially at night. However, this can be mitigated by requesting a room away from the street or using earplugs.

The location of this hotel is perfect - just a short walk away from the main street, yet not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and always willing to satisfy our requests. Their service made our stay a pleasant one. The rooms in this hotel were large, comfortable, and very clean. We especially loved the air conditioning, as it made it easy to get a good night's sleep without any disturbance from outside noise. Breakfast at this hotel was also worth getting up for, with a good selection of croissants, bread rolls, ham, and other basic amenities provided.

Everything was great and we had no complaints.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short distance from the sunset strip and the famous sunset cafés and cafe Del Mar. It is also not far from Ibiza Town, offering easy access to the vibrant nightlife. The rooms are comfortable with ample storage, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is ideal for those who prefer a light meal, and the balcony provides a nice setting in the evenings.

The Marfil is a hidden gem in a great location. It’s not right in the middle of the bustling nightlife, but still conveniently close to the main bars and town center. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a balcony to enjoy the view. The staff go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, providing helpful advice and even arranging a good deal for car hire. The breakfast is a delightful treat, offering a variety of tasty options to start your day.

All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

The air conditioning in the room was impressive and cooled down quickly. the location was convenient without being too noisy, close to the harbor and restaurants, and just a walk away from the beach and clubs. the breakfast was good.

The hotel policy about not being able to bring anyone back to your room was a bummer. It seems like this can be resolved by paying an extra fee, but it's not clear.
