I recently had the pleasure of staying at a sophisticated hotel in the heart of the city. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who made me feel welcome. The check-in process was efficient, and they even provided me with an unexpected upgrade to a higher level.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the initial difficulty in unloading luggage and a small room size in the superior room category, these were overshadowed by the overall positive experience. The exceptional service and attention to detail displayed by the hotel staff more than made up for any minor inconveniences.

Exceptional bathroom and bedroom. Thoughtful amenities provided. Well-equipped gym and swimming pool. Excellent restaurant for meals.

The room was comfortable, well presented, and had a great view. The breakfast variety was excellent and the dinner was delicious. The staff provided amazing service, especially Veronica at check-in who accommodated all our requests. The location of the hotel was also great.

Loved the Level experience! the lounge was amazing with its delicious breakfast spread and all-day snacks and drinks. the location was perfect, just steps away from a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. the attentive and friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast was good but not exceptional. the rooms were on the smaller side for a 5-star hotel and the decor was average.

We stayed in a Level Suite, which was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was luxurious, featuring a two-headed shower and a stunning jetted tub with a view overlooking the city. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel was spotless and the service at the desk was excellent. The location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for a beautiful and comfortable stay.

The room had an amazing view, great location, and I slept very well. The hotel also helped me find a hair salon nearby, which made my life easier. The reception and management were friendly and responsive. The breakfast spread was decent and the bed and sheets were lovely. The upper floors had nice views and the windows could be opened. The wardrobe design opening into the bathroom was a nice touch. There were spare power adapters and good wifi. The hotel also provided pot noodles with tea and coffee facilities upon request.

Felt like royalty, no reason to complain.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the room was a bit small for two people. the room advantages make up for it, with exclusive amenities and private facilities for a comfortable stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful lobby and clean rooms at Melia. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. We had a great weekend at Melia's hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the city, with the metro stop just outside. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had an excellent selection of food, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We even got a delicious take-out breakfast box for our early flight. Highly recommended!
