I stayed at this place and I must say I loved it! The location is perfect, set apart from all the activities but still in a lovely tree lined promenade along the river, so it's easy to access all the attractions. The service, facilities and room amenities were excellent, especially the room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire. The staff were lovely and very helpful, going out of their way to make sure the guests were comfortable. I overheard a conversation at the reception desk where a receptionist helped a guest who had missed a museum tour due to a car rental breakdown. It was excellent customer service and I wanted to share it here.

At check-in, the receptionist could have offered a warmer welcome to residents, but this is a very minor point. I would highly recommend this hotel to families or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area.

We had an exceptional stay at Hesperia. The location was perfect, with easy walking access to the Guggenheim museum and the old town. The room was immaculate and beautifully kept, with a fabulous view and a comfortable sitting area. The staff was very helpful and took a genuine interest in ensuring our stay was enjoyable. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was great. we had a fantastic experience at Hesperia.

The only drawbacks we experienced were the lack of privacy in the balcony area, which felt a bit like being in an aquarium, and the temporary closure of the bar. However, these were not significant issues that would deter us from staying at Hesperia again.

Fantastic location, just across from the iconic Zubizuri bridge and Guggenheim museum. Plenty of Pintxos bars and restaurants nearby. About a 15-minute walk from the charming old town. Adequate-sized room with comfortable beds. Efficient and helpful staff.

As a leisure traveler, I stayed at Hesperia for a few nights and had an amazing experience. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect, with both the lively old town and the modern district just minutes away. We enjoyed a beautiful view of the Guggenheim Museum across the river. The room was spacious and the king-sized bed provided ultimate comfort. The cleanliness and sanitization measures were top-notch, with hand sanitizers readily available throughout the hotel. All in all, a great value for money hotel with excellent facilities and a convenient location.

We had a wonderful stay at a modern and stylish hotel in the center of the city, close to the river. the staff at Hesperia were extremely helpful, providing us with a free upgrade to a room with a beautiful view of the river. the seven-foot bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved the window balcony. the location was perfect for exploring Bilbao, with the Guggenheim Museum just over the river and the old town a short walk away. the breakfast buffet offered a great selection of hot and cold foods. We would definitely return!

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was central and scenic, making it perfect for exploring both the old and new city, as well as the riverside. It was also within walking distance to both the old city center and a famous museum, which was very convenient. The hotel offered a range of services and amenities, including room service, car hire, and even bicycle hire. The room itself was well-appointed, with modern amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and made me feel at home, always ready to assist with any requests.

Although the staff were friendly, I found them to be rather perfunctory rather than welcoming. However, this did not detract from the overall positive experience I had at this venue.
