I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and modern, and I especially loved the comfortable bed. The hotel also offered great facilities, including an indoor pool and saunas. The staff were polite and professional, and they quickly accommodated my requests, such as providing an ironing board. The hotel's convenient location, just outside the main center of the city, made it quiet and peaceful. Additionally, the hotel had parking available, which was a bonus for me.

There were some disturbances during the night due to dogs barking in the park opposite the hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located next to a pleasant park and within a 10-minute walk to the city center. The room had a comfy bed and the breakfast selection was unbelievable, with various dishes and dietary options. The lobby, restaurant, and corridors offered plenty of space and the ultra-modern decoration created a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel also had a swimming pool, sauna, and secure underground parking.

The shower in the bathroom was not good and lacked privacy due to glass doors that didn't reach the ceiling.

The luxurious amenities here were exclusive and fulfilled my needs. the Spa & wellness centre provided an amazing massage experience, and the body scrub was an indulgent treat. the indoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring, and the sauna was a rejuvenating experience.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the restaurant. Although the food was delicious, the in-room breakfast wasn't as impressive as I expected and the buffet breakfast could have had more options.

I must say, the location of Nh Collection in Santiago was perfect for us. It was just a short, pleasant walk to the old town, which we absolutely loved exploring. The hotel itself was cozy and the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was impressive and well-stocked, ensuring we started our day with a full stomach. The staff at the restaurant were diligent in cleaning the tables and ensuring everyone had a place to sit. They definitely deserve a special mention for their hard work. I'll recommend this hotel.

We spent Easter weekend at this hotel and enjoyed the complimentary Easter egg hunt and chocolate treats. the hotel is located in a beautiful park area, perfect for a morning run. It's also a short walk to the city center, which was convenient. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and the staff was friendly.
