on my stroll around madrid, i stayed at this hotel on my way back home. nuevo boston exceeded my expectations with their friendly staff, free shuttle to the airport, and fabulous pool area. i would definitely stay here again.

Wifi was slow.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had such a great experience. The location was perfect, being right next to the airport, which made my travels much easier. The staff were amazing, from the drivers to the receptionists and waiters, everyone gave me excellent customer service. The room was spacious, clean and had great amenities, which made me feel right at home. Additionally, the buffet breakfast had an adequate variety of selections to choose from.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious place to stay.

This hotel is great value for money with basic amenities, clean rooms with little extras like chocolates and a pillow menu. The breakfast included many options of pastries and toast.

I recently stayed at Nuevo Boston for catching up flights and it was perfect. The reception staff were so professional and efficient, even late at night. The rooms were clean and modern, and the breakfast was delicious. They also had a prompt airport shuttle service and the staff were attentive and polite. a great hotel experience.

The hotel had all the amenities I needed during my stay including a restaurant and bar. the room was well-equipped and spacious. One of the best aspects was the convenient airport transfer service, which was provided free of charge every hour to all terminals. This made it really easy for me to catch my early flight.

I did have some issues with the communication and organization of the shuttle service upon my arrival. When I tried to contact the hotel on WhatsApp as instructed, there was no answer and I received an automated response saying they were busy.

The hotel's advantageous location near public transport makes it an ideal stay for holiday-goers. With a complimentary shuttle bus provided to/from the airport, guests can easily access the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with modern facilities. Additionally, the staff are friendly and helpful. 

Although the hotel is in a convenient location with good transport links, it may not be suitable for those looking for a varied food selection, as the on-site restaurant has limited options.

The warm temperature in the room made my stay comfortable. The free shuttle service was convenient. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I would recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I loved the complementary wine and chocolates provided in our room. the location was also very convenient, with easy access to public transport and a variety of restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable.

The heating in the room was not reliable, making it difficult to stay warm during the cold days. the room was also not very soundproof, which made it difficult to sleep due to noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms.
