We enjoyed exploring the numerous walking routes right outside the hotel. the infinity pool was a great place to relax, and the friendly reception staff made us feel welcome. we loved starting our day with a cup of strong coffee at breakfast. a fantastic stay with amazing views.

During my recent stay at Parador De Cruz De, I was delighted by the peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking views. The location was exceptional, providing a good base for mountain hiking and biking. Located high on the edge of the caldera of a long-extinct volcano, the hotel offers a breathtaking view of the mountains with the clouds spookily closing in. The rooms are spacious with big balconies that provide a majestic vista. The staff is nice and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast has a good selection and the service is commendable.

The views were truly breathtaking, with incredible panoramas of the Roque Nublo and the Teide mountain. the indoor-outdoor pool was a great feature, allowing guests to swim from inside the spa area to the outside. the locally sourced produce was of excellent quality, and we particularly enjoyed the lamb and Iberian pork dishes.

The facilities in the spa area were a bit on the outdated side, and the €25 entrance fee per person seemed a bit high. Although the staff was generally polite, we did have a few unpleasant encounters with some of them, which made us feel a bit unwelcome at times.

We also enjoyed the spa facilities and had a fantastic time exploring the area.
