The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Anna at the reception, who gave us useful information about the city. The food at the hotel was amazing, with a wide range of options for all tastes. The breakfast had a great variety of cereals, breads, snacks, and a delicious omelette that you could customize with your preferred fillings. The dinner buffet had a tremendous choice of dishes, including chicken, lamb, beef, pork. The hotel was also in a perfect location, close to the old town and the beach, making it ideal for exploring the city and enjoying the bars and restaurants. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were great, including ample cafeteria and various activities during the day.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, with great friendly staff and a comfortable room. The location was nice, situated in the old town and within easy access to everything. The staff, from the bartender to the lifeguard, were absolutely fantastic and made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. The facilities, including the spa and wellness center, outdoor swimming pool, and sun terrace, were top-notch and provided plenty of opportunities for relaxation and enjoyment. we had a wonderful experience here.

Location was good and easy to get to. the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming to us. the pool area was nice and had plenty of sunbeds available. We also enjoyed the food provided for breakfast and dinner. the hotel room was clean and comfortable.

The view from our room was also not very appealing and we were facing a busy road. Finally, even though there were plenty of sunbeds available, some of them were not in good condition and were uncomfortable to use.

We had a wonderful stay here for the second time. The location of this hotel is perfect, right in the city center and close to the beach and shopping areas. The staff from reception to waiters were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to provide great service. We loved the all-inclusive package, as we didn't have to leave the hotel for anything. The kids club and facilities were fantastic, keeping our little ones entertained throughout the day. The entertainment in the evenings, although more geared toward Spanish people, was still enjoyable and we had fun joining in. this place offered excellent value for money and we highly recommend it to families.

The breakfast time window was also convenient, allowing us to sleep in and always find available tables. The omelette, with the option to choose our own fillings, was absolutely delicious. The dinner we paid for was also a great value for money at only 9 euros each, offering a tremendous variety of options including chicken, lamb, beef, pork, fish. The desserts were also diverse and satisfying. Additionally, the hotel staff surprised us with a bag of sandwiches, fruit, water, and biscuits upon our late arrival, which was a very kind gesture.

the service in the dining room was excellent, with friendly and efficient staff. the prices for drinks were also very reasonable. the hotel had a good waiter service in the lounge as well. the overall experience was first-class, with amazing food and great amenities. the ice cream machine was a nice touch too.
