The location of the hotel is secluded and surrounded by nature. The receptionist was helpful and the rooms were comfortable, if a bit outdated. The superior room had under-floor heating and a spacious layout. The hotel grounds were beautiful and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant staff were accommodating and tailored the menu to our preferences.

The hotel's location just outside of Cuenca is perfect for a weekend away, providing a peaceful atmosphere and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The rooms are extremely spacious and well-appointed, with under-floor heating and radiators for maximum comfort. The attention to detail in the decoration throughout the accommodation is also very impressive. The staff at this hotel are friendly and attentive, ensuring that every need is taken care of. Their service truly adds to the overall excellent experience.

The hotel had an excellent pool and a good location which made it easy to explore the surrounding areas. I loved the spacious and comfortable room and the friendliness of the staff.

Regrettably, the breakfast didn't live up to my expectations, as I hoped for more options. the TV was quite small and there were some issues with the wifi.
