The lack of helpfulness from the receptionist when it came to providing change for purchasing water from the vending machine. the room's air conditioning was positioned in a way that blew cold air directly onto our faces at night, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

The location is superb, just a short walk from the beach and the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. the room was well-equipped and cleaned daily, and the free WiFi worked perfectly. the breakfast spread was abundant and delicious, and the staff, from the receptionists to the breakfast attendants, were incredibly kind and helpful. Perfect location - excellent room and great staff. Located in Port Vell, close to tapas bars, shops, and the beach. Metro and train stations nearby. Felt very safe. Ideal for tourists. Relatively inexpensive stay that met expectations. Small, basic room with clean linens. Good breakfast with a large selection. Efficient reception. Spacious room with good bathroom. Close to restaurants, beach, marina, and train station. Would definitely book again.

The location was absolutely perfect, just a few minutes walk from the beach and so close to everything in the Marina area. The hotel was very clean and had plenty of space. The staff were friendly and obliging, always ready to help. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Santa Marta! the hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were incredibly helpful, and our room and bathroom were very comfortable. Although the breakfast wasn't hot, it was still good, and overall, we felt like we got great value for our money. the location was perfect, just a 4-minute walk to the Barceloneta metro and beach. There were also several supermarkets nearby. On our last day, we were able to leave our bags in the storage room and pick them up later. We will definitely recommend Santa Marta to others!

The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to the beach, old town, and other attractions. the rooms were clean and surprisingly quiet, aside from occasional noise from other guests. the amenities provided, such as towels, shampoo, and a hairdryer, were all satisfactory. the air conditioning was a standout feature in the hot weather. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the area around the hotel was great for walking and exploring. we had a wonderful experience and would have loved to stay longer.

The location was perfect, with the Barceloneta yellow line metro station just a few minutes away. We were able to easily explore the beautiful neighborhoods of The Gotic and Maremagnum, as well as enjoy the stunning Barceloneta Beach and the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel was also conveniently situated within walking distance of the city centre, where we found plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions like the Cathedral. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were also impressed with the variety and quality of the breakfast provided. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of location, cleanliness, facilities, and staff.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Rooms have all conveniences for a posh lady like me, plus vending machines for a late-night snack. No worries about parking with their private car park. Fabulous location near trendy bars and cafes.
