We had a fantastic stay in this hotel in the center of the city. The location was excellent, very close to everything, including the beautiful cathedral of Pilar. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. We especially loved the breakfast, which was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. We were impressed by their professionalism and their ability to speak multiple languages fluently. this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

The front desk staff and breakfast room staff made our stay truly wonderful. They went above and beyond to accommodate us, even offering to valet park our car in a nearby garage to ease the stress of driving in the city center. it was an amazing experience at Sauce. I highly recommend it.

we booked during Semana Santa and were delighted to find available rooms at a busy time. the breakfast was outstanding, with freshly cooked food. the staff were helpful with good language skills. the location, room, WIFI, and breakfast were excellent for the price. we have stayed here multiple times and the quality has always been high.

When we arrived in the city and got lost, a member of the staff went above and beyond by walking with us to our car, directing us to their parking station, and even parking the car for us. We greatly appreciated this personal touch. the hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city's pintxos bars, art galleries, monuments, and museums. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a pleasant view of the street and the Goya gallery. we enjoyed a comprehensive and delicious breakfast in a nicely set-out breakfast room.
