The hotel's cleanliness was excellent; our room was cleaned and towels changed daily by friendly staff. The location was perfect, as it was close to the center of town but still peaceful at night. We were pleasantly surprised by the range of facilities in our self-catering apartment, including a microwave, toaster, kettle, and double hob. Additionally, the hotel had a nice swimming pool, a restaurant, and a mini-market. The staff were very nice and friendly.

I couldn't be happier with my stay at Servatur Terrazamar Sun Suite. The value for money was exceptional, the room was spacious and clean, and the massive balcony provided a wonderful space to relax. The location was perfect, with easy access to the nightlife while still being quiet enough for peaceful evenings on the balcony. The staff, especially Michael, were friendly and attentive, ensuring a delightful stay.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was a wider variety of breakfast options.

the spacious, clean, and sunny swimming pool terrace was a highlight of my stay. the pool itself had clean and comfortably warm water, and there were friendly lifeguards on duty. the hotel also had excellent patio areas that were attached to each room, providing a perfect place to relax. the staff were helpful and friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for a great vacation experience.

I recently had a great stay at a fabulous apartment in Gran Canaria. Servatur exceeded my expectations with their excellent facilities and friendly staff. the room was fully equipped with everything I needed, from a hair dryer to pots and pans. the on-site amenities such as the restaurant, pools, and supermarket made my stay even more convenient. the location was also perfect, with a short walk to the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend Servatur for a family holiday or a relaxing getaway.

The location is great, with spacious terraces and a nice sea view. The beds are comfortable and there are 3 lifts available. The cleaning staff does a great job and the pool area is lovely. The hotel also has good WiFi and a convenient on-site shop.

Visited several times, but never stayed at Servatur Terrazamar Sun Suite before. Best holiday experience with spacious apartment and massive balcony. Close to nightlife, yet quiet enough to enjoy the evenings on the balcony. Lovely staff, especially Michael. Reasonable price compared to other properties. Convenient location with easy access to commercial center and beach. Pool area and cleanliness were excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at Servatur in Puerto Rico for a couple of days. The location of the hotel was great, close to the center of Puerto Rico but far enough to avoid noise. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the price was very reasonable. The staff, especially Oliver, who entertained us at the pool and later at the bar, was fantastic. The pool area was excellent, with tasty food served all day. The happy hour was also a highlight.

I had a fantastic time staying at Servatur Terrazamar. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bottle of sparkling wine and water provided were a nice touch. the pool was lovely, and the staff were incredibly helpful. the location was perfect, just behind the main shopping center. There were lifts to get in and out of the hotel, which were quick and clean. the apartment itself was spacious with a huge balcony. It was close to everything, and even though there were some steps to climb, taxis were inexpensive. the nightlife was great for a young couple, and we enjoyed the delicious food in the restaurants. it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely return.

The rooms were nice and clean, and the pool/bar area was lovely. the balcony was huge and had two sunbeds, which was a great option for enjoying the sun without having to go to the pool. the hotel was also conveniently located close to the center of the resort and the new shopping center.

This was a bit disappointing. the "Partial Sea View" that was paid for was not as expected, which was a letdown.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was right in the heart of the town with easy access to the main shopping center and restaurants. The view from the apartment was also great, and I enjoyed being able to see the surroundings from my huge private terrace. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, providing daily cleaning services and ensuring that the apartment was kept clean and tidy.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. the pool on my level was closed, which meant that I had to travel to the top of the building and cross a road to access the pool.

I had a great time at this hotel. the staff at Servatur Terrazamar were very friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and had all the amenities needed for a self-catering holiday. the hotel is conveniently located close to the town center, yet still manages to be unaffected by the noise from nearby pubs and clubs. the pool was big and offered stunning views. it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend it to others.
