As a tourist, I loved the central location just off the bustling Gran Via. It was convenient to walk to major attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. The free wifi signal was strong, allowing us to stay connected during our stay.

We felt incredibly comfortable during our stay, and had no complaints at all.

We had a fantastic stay at Sterling! the room was perfect for our family of 4, with 4 twin beds and plenty of space for our suitcases. It was a pleasant surprise to find a desk in the room too. the bathroom was clean and modern, which can be hard to come by in Europe. the location was excellent, just a short walk from the main street and close to three different metro lines. We loved having a coin-operated laundry across the street, making it convenient to wash our clothes. the breakfast was also very good, offering a variety of options.

Almost perfect, but the check-in time was delayed due to a tour bus load of people. This meant we couldn't check in on time and the hotel couldn't store our luggage because the luggage area was full.

You can easily walk to all the main sights and even the metro stations are conveniently located right across the road from the hotel. The staff is very helpful and polite, and the hotel itself is kept clean and tidy. The room is cozy and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay for a night in the city.

The location of this hotel was absolutely fantastic! Just a few minutes away from a bustling street that connects to all the popular attractions in the area. It made exploring the city so convenient and enjoyable.

As for the room, although it was small, it was surprisingly comfortable and surprisingly quiet despite being in a busy area. I had a great night's sleep without any disturbances.

Stayed at a hotel close to the city centre. the staff at Sterling were amazing, helping me with a USB file transfer. the breakfast was decent and the hotel room was clean, equipped with TV and internet. I would definitely recommend to friends. the location was good, with a metro station nearby.
