I recently stayed at the Sun Palace Albir & Spa for two nights to join my family. The hotel offered stunning views over Albir and the surrounding area due to its elevated position on the side of a hill. The breakfast menu was excellent with a wide range of options, and the staff in the morning were very attentive. The comfortable furniture throughout the hotel and the friendly and helpful staff added to the overall pleasant experience. One cleaner, who I believe was named Esme, stood out as a truly lovely and helpful individual. The hotel also had a large bar and lounge area, perfect for relaxation, with table service provided by the staff. it was a great base for exploring the surrounding area, with easy parking available.

We loved the location of this place, nestled on a hill in a quiet residential area. It provided a peaceful environment for a good night's sleep. The stunning views from the hotel were breathtaking, especially being surrounded by nature and natural beauties. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a good-sized balcony to enjoy the scenery. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

We had a nice stay at this hotel located in a quiet residential area with a beautiful view from our room of the pool and sea. The hotel offered a choice of breakfast options and the staff were attentive and friendly. The comfortable furniture throughout the hotel added to the pleasant atmosphere. The area around the pool was a great place to relax and there was entertainment on Saturday and Wednesday nights. We also appreciated the shuttle bus that took us down the hill to the city centre.

The hotel could improve on their reception staff training.

The breakfast was decent and we were happy to see a variety of options available. the hotel was located within walking distance of the main center of town, making it easy to explore the local area. the rooftop pool was definitely a highlight and we enjoyed lounging there during our free time.

The cleanliness of the hotel left a lot to be desired. the floors in our room were dirty and the bathroom had a strange odor that never went away.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was perfect: clean, tidy, and had a lovely view of the mountains and sea from the balcony. The location was good, not right in the city center but still easy to find parking on the street. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with plenty of entertainment for children and a bike-friendly garage. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of options including vegan choices.

The room was spacious and clean, offering a lovely view of the mountains and sea. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
