We had a great experience staying at Thc Gran Via. the receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean, new, and smelled fresh. the location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the town center and only 3 minutes to the metro station. We were impressed with the comfortable beds, clean bedlinen, and fluffy towels. we highly recommend this hostel and will definitely stay here again in the future.

The location of this hostel was perfect for my Christmas stay. It was situated just minutes away from the city center and easily accessible via public transportation. the staff were friendly and provided helpful local recommendations. the room was comfortable and clean, with excellent air conditioning.

One downside of this hostel was the noise level. the walls were quite thin, so I could hear noise from neighboring rooms.

The location of this hostel is fantastic - right in the center of everything and really close to metro stations. We were able to easily walk to all the attractions and explore the city with ease. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful, providing tips and recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. there were a daily cleaning service and a 24-hour reception.

The hostel lacked a common kitchen, which was a bit inconvenient for guests who preferred to prepare their own meals.

I had a fantastic stay at the Gran Via Hostel. The staff, especially Cesar, went above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable time in the city. The location was perfect, just minutes away from Gran Via and easily accessible by subway. The recently renovated room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bed and individual A/C control. The helpful receptionist gave me a map and provided useful tips without me even asking. Despite the small size, the room had a private bathroom and daily towel changes. The area around the hostel had great options for bars and restaurants, perfect for a city trip. I highly recommend this hostel for its central location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations.
