We loved the cleanliness and hotel facilities. The location in the centre of the town, close to the Camino and Old Town of Pamplona, was perfect. We also enjoyed being near beautiful parks and having the San Lorenzo church just in front. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff provided a warm and friendly welcome.

Great location in the heart of the old city, making it easy to explore. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond with their service. Rooms were spacious and clean, with beautiful views of the city. Delicious food served at the hotel's restaurant, and the bar area was a nice place to relax. a wonderful stay.

Amazing hotel, even better than the photos! the room was enormous, well designed, and luxurious. the pool area was lovely and the evening terrace bar was great. the location was perfect, within minutes of the old town and close to several public gardens.

The receptionist initially gave us a frosty welcome, but the other staff members were friendly and went out of their way to meet our needs.

Staying here in the historical area was a great decision. There are plenty of options for tapas bars, all within walking distance. The staff provided excellent service, and a welcome drink on arrival was a nice touch. The professional service at the reception was particularly noteworthy. The restaurant was exceptional, with a variety of menu options and breakfast buffet. Room service was also available, which was good to know. The room itself was spacious and had all necessary amenities, including tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar and a sitting area. The soundproofed rooms made for a good night’s sleep.

Highly recommend this place to families.

This hotel is located in a prime position, close to several lovely public gardens and within walking distance of the bustling Old Town. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay.

We did experience some noise from other rooms and the temperature was hard to control at times, making the room a bit too warm on occasion.

It would have been nice if there were two comfortable chairs in the room for two people staying for an extended period of time.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The view from our room was fantastic and the staff were nice enough. The location was perfect, close enough to walk to the main centre but far enough not to hear the noise. The suite we booked was spacious, modern, and clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the bath was wonderful. The staff were very attentive and helpful. the hotel provided excellent value for money and we look forward to returning.

I was pleasantly surprised at the spacious, newly renovated room I was offered for just a small upgrade fee. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the old town. The jacuzzi in the huge bathroom was a great touch and the staff were helpful. Despite ongoing renovations, the room was very quiet. I highly recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the complementary espresso and oranges that were offered. the hotel's great location, near various amenities, was also a fantastic aspect that I enjoyed. I loved the comfy bed in my room and the stunning views of the surrounding area.

One thing that I didn't appreciate was the absence of tea or coffee-making facilities in the room. the secure underground parking was very limited, and there were limited staff to assist guests in parking their vehicles.
