We had an extraordinary experience at this hotel. the staff at Sercotel were incredibly attentive and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. They provided us with excellent information and tips about the city. the hotel itself was very nice, with spacious and clean rooms. the breakfast was delicious and the central location made it easy for us to explore the city. it was a great stay and we highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Sercotel in Bilbao for a weekend getaway. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, just steps away from the old town and plenty of restaurants. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The room itself was spacious, with a great view over the square. I loved that it had a big TV, a safe box, fridge, and kettle. Plus, the hotel is conveniently close to the attractions, such as the Funicular and the Guggenheim, making it easy to explore the city.

You can easily walk to popular attractions like the Guggenheim and the center of the city. The rooms may be small, but they have everything you need, including a balcony with a view to the park. The breakfast, included in the price, is delightful with excellent bread to start your day.

The location was great, we were able to explore the city easily and had a lot of dining options nearby. the staff was accommodating and friendly, and the room was spacious and had a nice view. We also appreciated the little extras like the safe box and kettle in the room.

The room was too hot and the air conditioner only worked as a heater with no option to cool things down. We had to open the windows, which let in mosquitoes.

The Sercotel Arenal Bilbao has a great location, right in the heart of the old quarter and close to the main shopping streets. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer nice views. The staff, especially Ane and Beatriz, are incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast is enjoyable in a relaxed setting.

I recently stayed at Sercotel for three nights during my visit to the old town. The location was perfect, close to everything, and offered a lovely view over the bridge. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room and the comfortable bed. The bathroom was also spacious and the hotel was surprisingly quiet, despite the lively surroundings. it was a great stay with a boutique feel and an ideal location.
