I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. Transportation options were also easily accessible, making it convenient to explore the city.

Great spot and cleanliness. the room was so clean and cozy. the hotel is very well located and at the same time our room was protected from outside noise. Very clean and with good bedding. the room was very comfortable, all new and clean. Free water, tea, and coffee in the rooms. Easy access to the airport. Right in the heart of the city.

No one was there to greet me and I had to call multiple times with no answer. It was a bit worrisome and made me question if I had fallen into a scam.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of popular attractions. I was able to easily explore the city and visit places like Gran Via and Malasaña. the staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy environment during my Christmas vacation.

One downside I experienced was the noise from the street. It could get quite noisy and busy, which may be bothersome for those seeking a quieter atmosphere.
